CHAPTER 12 ‑ ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES SECTION

 This Chapter 12 of Title 12 of the North Carolina Administrative Code (12 NCAC 12); Administrative Procedures Section; has been transferred to the Office of Administrative Hearings and recodified as Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the North Carolina Administrative Code (26 NCAC 2), effective January 1, 1986.
